Alexis Rosenberg

Alexis Rosenberg is a Senior Associate at Ashurst LLP, in the US Projects practice. Alexis advises on transport, infrastructure and energy projects, focused on public private partnerships (P3). Alexis works with lenders, sponsors and public authorities, with a particular focus on representing the owner side.

Prior to joining the New York team, Alexis was based at Ashurst in Tokyo, Japan, where she worked in the international projects group advising on projects primarily in Asia and the Middle East. Prior to Tokyo, Alexis worked at the Ashurst office in Canberra, Australia, advising the Australian Federal Government on transport and infrastructure projects and programs.

On the weekend, Alexis likes to walk her three legged dog Coco, eat dumplings and drink mojitos.
