Matthew Komisarjevsky is a Senior Associate in JLL’s Clean Energy and Infrastructure Advisory Group and a licensed Professional Engineer. He brings more than 8 years of experience in infrastructure delivery across the United States, including advising government agencies on strategies to implement infrastructure projects and procuring large capital public-private partnership projects.
