Job Description

The Financial Analyst will collaborate with senior team members throughout the entire deal process while also supporting growth and strategic internal initiatives. We are looking for an analyst level investment banking professional with 1-3 years of transactional experience. This means the ability to support the deal team at Keystone effectively while working towards playing a significant role in Keystone Global's overall business growth. The candidate should have experience or a strong interest in the infrastructure and construction sectors and aspire to contribute meaningfully to Keystone's success.

General Responsibilities

  • Support all facets of Client Engagements including due diligence, financial modeling, and drafting presentations and support materials (teasers, CIMs, and transaction announcements, etc.)

  • Upkeep and reporting of our pipeline of current clients and prospects, buyer/seller list, private equity and lending database, project opportunities and more.

  • Research and strategic reporting of key industry changes and trends for internal knowledge development, client deliverables, or marketing content (i.e. target company research and/or state/US specific economic or project specific market data)

  • Support and contribute to the firm’s growth initiatives

Qualifications / Minimum Requirements

  • 1-3 years of Investment Banking experience

  • Strong financial modelling skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Critical thinking to support a culture of developing innovative solutions for our clients

  • Highly motivated and versatile individual

  • Strong interpersonal skills and high personal integrity

  • Passionate about the infrastructure and construction space

  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook)

  • Bachelor’s Degree

Desired Experience/Skills

  • Experience with construction or infrastructure projects and clients

  • Series 79 and 63 certifications
