YPI Presents: Negotiating Win-Win Solutions with Ashley Freeman
We all negotiate every day – whether it’s what’s for dinner or salary for a job offer, the skill of negotiation is essential and useful in innumerable settings. Traditional negotiation skills often focus on a more competitive approach, but what if both parties could win? This 90-minute virtual workshop will provide participants with a framework of simple steps to negotiate anything, and will show how to ease the anxiety of the conversation so that the parties in the negotiation can solve the problem together for mutual benefit.
