Michelle Dippel serves as Central and South Texas office leader and vice president for HNTB, a national infrastructure firm specializing in transportation (https://www.hntb.com). Dippel provides leadership in strategic planning, developing strong client relationships, major pursuit strategy, leadership development and inclusion and diversity.
In addition to her professional roles, Dippel serves on the Board of Directors of Soaring Spirits, US and Canada https://soaringspirits.org. Widowed in 2005, Dippel is a founding member of the board, and started the organization in 2008 to help widowed people connect for community and peer support. Dippel is an active member of the Transportation Research Board and Women’s Transportation Seminar.
