Randall has served the Metropolitan Transportation Authority for over 32 years. As Senior Vice President/Program Executive for MTA Capital Construction’s $11-billion East Side Access (ESA) project, he is part of the executive team bringing Long Island Rail Road service to Grand Central Terminal.
